Picked up in stretch limo which was a bit of overkill. Asked by operator on arrival if w could change to afternoon tour because of mechanical problems with one of the helicopters but flatly refused. However, helicopter pilot was brilliant and provided very informative tour out and back from canyon.

Tour commenced late which meant that we weren't given enough time at Alcatraz as we had to be back at the depot for the afternoon city tour which was very poor on the part of the operator. Afternoon bus driver gave us a good overview of San Fran but the late start spoiled the day. Wouldn't recommend

Told to meet at front of hotel at 8.15am and eventually picked up by operator at 9.30am. Not impressed and told operator at depot. Driver for the day was very informative and provided a great overview of the Los Angeles and Beverley Hills areas. Shame about the late start.

Brilliant experience. VIP is certainly the way to do Universal Studios. Our guide provided a great day for my our family and showed us all the important back stage stuff plus the front of line passes for all the rides . Would definitely recommend doing VIP for anyone attending Universal.
