Not worth the money. Wait very long time still did not see the bus coming. Definitely the frequency is more than 30 mins interval.

As you note, sometimes things don’t work out as planned. The local tour supplier has a certain number of buses routing the city at one time, and the frequency of bus arrivals can be affected by adverse local traffic conditions and, on occasion, unexpected mechanical issues.
Of course there’s no excuse for poor service.

Black Forest and Baden-Baden Day Trip from Frankfurt

Not worth the trip unless you are going for the spa in Baden Baden. Go for the Strasbourg is more wothwhile. But I was switched to the tour including Strasbourg w/o being informed beforehand and charged extra 10 EUR.

Rhine Valley Trip from Frankfurt including Rhine River Cruise

Value for money. Being able to see nice scenery and take the River Cruise. The guide (George) even bring us to some additional attraction as we are ahead of time for the cruise.
