The trip was excellent. The driver picked us up at our hotel on time and dropped us off. The trip to Alcatraz was great even though the weather was not too good.If you are in San Francisco it should not be missed. The city tour in the afternoon was fantastic and the driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable indeed and extremely entertaining. Well worth the money
