Excellent tour. The tour guide (an Italian lady) is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, she even possessed a certain degree of humour which made the walking lighter ! The tour is a bit pricey thought !

Somewhat disappointing. Although it has a number of brand names that Singaporeans are crazy over, the shops are small and the varieties are limited.

Fantastic tour, Lake Como is really beautiful ! The tour was planned out well, with just about sufficient free and easy time for ourselves. The male tour leader was friendly, v knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I really enjoyed it.

Very convenient and hassle free way to go to Foxtown, fee is v reasonable, the only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wished the tour can be extended by 1 hour. The shopping is good but we just didn't have enough time for all the shops we want to visit.

The tour is a bit too long especially at Siena. Leaning Pisa tower is the best part of the tour, sunset scenery at Pisa is really beautiful and romantic. The lunch is the most disappointing part of the tour.

For first time visitors to Milan, this is a good introduction to the city. The Last Supper is probably over rated. I felt the tour should end at the Duomo, the starting point instead of the Church of Santa Maria deller Grazie cos it could confuse 1st time visitors to Milan.
