This was a touching experience but could have been enhanced by some of the staff / volunteers being slightly more friendly / helpful - it's free to smile and be polite, right? Our tour group was large but we still had ample time to see everything there is to see which was really good but it was a little dissappointing that we couldn't stop to pay our respects at the Punchbowl Memorial Cemetary.

Our guide, Jack was amazing - really knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. He made plenty of stops along the way at places he thought we'd be interested in (lots of photo opportunities!) as well as regular bathroom breaks (we were travelling with our 2 children). A great tour of Death Valley!
