Note from Viator
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear this tour did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we must follow the policies of the company who owns and operations the Skywalk, and it is their policy that no personal items, including cameras, are allowed on the Skywalk. Please note, this is for the safety of all customers involved, as dropping items accidentally on the glass bridge structure can cause premature cracking and damage to the Skywalk itself. There are staff members nearby to provide your party with photos so you do not miss out on taking a photo of your memories home with you. However, the cost of the photo is also regulated by the Skywalk staff themselves. All guests have the option of whether or not to purchase the photos and are welcome to take their own photos while not standing on the Skywalk itself. Again, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your tour, but hope you were still able to enjoy your time at the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. We wish you Happy Travels!
