The guide was very knowledgeable but didnt stop talking for the entire trip (He was very very enthusiastic!!!). However he was very good and looked after everyone and ensured nobody got lost. Very good value for money.

What a let down!!! The staff on the boat were hostile particularly when you got up to get your complimentry drink! Talk about lack of customer service, they obviously didnt want to be there.You would be much better off going to Kowloon and watching the show from there. Really crumby experience.

First of all the trip to the top of the Empire State Building is very worthwhile, however the NY Skyride is dreadfull. If I want to go on a ride at an amusement park thats what I'll do. Nothing prepared me to be thrown around as I was.It spoilt the whole expeerience.

Im still not sure why we spent half the night either on the Staten Island Ferry or wainting for it!! The guide was very knowledgeable but kept loosing people partly because of her lack of adherence to Red Lights!!! She would just walk out amongst the traffic and wonder why we kept getting seperated. Could have been much better.
