We have learning from the before trip. So, it much better on this day, can get on the coach well. The tour leader was great, incredible energetic and provided deep info.

Evan Evan got us bad organized on that day. More than half of tourists were confusing about the number of bus they must take. Even more, there staffs confused and denied to answer the questions. The guide lead lady was great. She was so lovely, friendly, and provide deep info about the places.

Skip the Line: London Zoo Tickets

No need to have skip the line. There is no line on the day I visited. Not sure whether other day will be the same. The zoo itself is a bit boring, less than expected. Most animals stay in their caves. And many empty space that consumed our walk energy.
