Bus pick-up at the hotel was ok. Bus trip was ok. Lunch was ok. Guide was ok - excellent english!!!
Unfortunately the day was cloudy, it means, no chance to see the Mt. Fuji.
My proposal is that you inform the travellers that the day will be cloudy, so that they can choose not to go, even having payed for the trip.
In our case - we had only 6 days in Japan - we would prefer to loose the mooney and not go, staying instead in Tokyo, seeing others things in this fantastic city.
