You get there and have to shove the food down your throat. Then you go on a cart ride around the park, well most of the animals were asleep and you couldn't see them.
If you went for a walk along the trails well then you didn't get to see the first show and you might be lucky to see the show.
The tour needs to get to the zoo by no later than 6.00pm not get pick and to zoo by about 7.00pm. That 1 hour can make the difference especially in seeing the animals and to enjoy the experience.
They only feed the lions/tigers on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights as for the other nights there is nothing..
I certainly would not recommend this to anyone.

Universal was a great time and experience.
The only issue we had was returning, as we were advised there was a shuttle bus we could get from universal back to the shopping centre to catch the train.
The bus turned and because we did not have our passports to prove we were tourists and was not allowed on the bus, I produced a drivers licence and this was not accepted either, who carries their passport to a theme park really what a joke.
We caught the monorail to the shopping and centre with no requirement to produce a passport.

The shopping trip part was great. I was a bit disappointed about the Napa part of the trip as all we did was go to a winery. It would of been nice to drive through Napa as well as, we only had 30 mins at the winery and then had to return.

We were picked up at 6.15am and taken to the coach centre and finally left at 8am. The processing was nothing but a big sell for other side trips and so time consuming considering I had already paid for the trip. The west rim trip is a joke and a waste of money.
