Great tour! Our guide was awesome (Tony), and even if the island was closed due to the storm, the tour had some nice replacements! Included also a ticket for the 911 memorial. Perfect!

Our guide was lame and spoke in an uncomprehensive way. He was talking all the time just to tell irrelevant facts about his own life and dreams. Most of the tour was within the bus. The guide wasn't also able to give us the "best point of view" for some sites. Lame!

The observation deck was astonishing, but we had troubles with the lines (had to go to get our tickets and get back 2hrs later to go to the deck).
