I am from New Zealand and recently went with my girlfriend in February 2013. Our tour guide/bus driver Ben (Extranomical Tours) was hillarious, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Yosemite is simply stunning. We hiked up to Columbia Point and got an amazing view of the Half dome etc. Well worth it!

Recently went to SF in February 2013. The Exploratorium was closed (being moved). California Academy of Sciences was alright, Bay Cruise was lovely. Didn't really use any of the other tickets since we heard they weren't as good as MoMo in NY or the Aquarium in Chicago which we saw on the same trip.

Was disappointed to find out that the E.T and Back to the Future rides were gone. Transformers and Jurassic Park were pretty good. Thought the tour of the lots was a bit average, would've been nice to walk around. Don't think I'd go back.

Traffic made this trip a bit disappointing. We went on the Yellow, and Purple routes.

We only got like 10 minutes time at Hoover which was a bit disappointing. Didn't get to walk around near the dam. The West Rim of the Grand was spectacular. The tiny portion of food provided was average, and we weren't allowed to take cameras o the skywalk because of safety, yet their workers can?

Shedd Aquarium, the John Hancock and Willis tower were fantastic! Didn't have time to use the others.

We had a great bus driver. I felt the security staff at the Capitol Building were very rude, but they had a great tour guide. Would've been nice to spend more time there. The library of congress wasn't open dispite a worker saying it was. We had 2 hours at a couple of smithsonians which was great.

Was too cold to stay on the bus (Jan 2013). There was no downstairs area on the bus that we could access so we sat upstairs exposed and froze. Tour guide had a dry sense of humour which we enjoyed but was hard to hear him. Speakers would've been better than the uncomfortable earplugs provided.

We did everything in the book apart from the guigenheim over a week period. Was fantastic. They really are the premier attractions in NY.
