Peter is a great tour guide - knowledgeable and energetic. Seeing the monks at prayer was an unexpected treat, really made the day something unique. Great views, great wine and lots learned.

Pompeii Day Trip from Rome

My Rating
The local guide at Pompeii was great. 3 stars because no free time in Pompeii. I should have read the description more closely - I didn't notice that Vesuvius is closed in the winter. Went to a mediocre museum in Naples instead of spending more time in Pompeii - not a good use of a couple hours.
