Grand Canyon South Rim Bus Tour with Optional Upgrades

The tour was very good. Kimo (our driver) was approachable, giving us information with humour, where deemed fit; ample time for breaks and quiet time for dozing on the bus.
The driver who picked us up from the hotel was unsympathetic and less than helpful, more interested in getting home to sleep.
