Brilliant!!!!

Very interesting and moving once we had queued in the wrong queue for the water taxi and then requeued for ages in the freezing cold for our tickets as the voucher is apparently not your ticket, then back to taxi queue again.We were amongst other people getting very concerned about not arriving in time for our timed memorial ticket especially as taxi 15mins late leaving pier. Very stressful due to very poor bad organisation at start and no information/directions but thankfully once at Battery Park things improved and the rest of the trip was good. Please warn other customers as after the bad experience the day before on the helicopter trip it doesn't give a good impression.

very badly organised, we arrived to a crowded marquee with 2 portaloos outside as only toilets! this marqee was shared with 2 other helicopter companies. We were not very impressed and then we were sorted into weight groups and left in line waiting for ages for our turn to get into a helicopter. We were crowded into the helicopter (6 people +a very nice pilot! Very squashed!!) Later we worked out that this was probably temporary due to the flooding damage caused by hurricane Sandy and that the heliport building was probably damaged! Later I asked if they sold the Liberty DVD that a friend had shown me before booking the trip and was sold a DVD for $20 which stated Not intended for sale or purchase on the back and when played on return home was only a few mins long and not showing where we had flown as the girl had told me it did! Definately not the one official DVD my friend had purchased! We will be contacting the company re this issue. The flight was ok but not the treatment of the customers!!
