The trip itinerary was changed to a twilight flight to include Lake Mead (for some undisclosed reason) and we were notified on initial check-in at Las Vegas. There was no sparkling wine (nor any refreshments offered) before, during or after the flight and the tour consisted of left turns while we were seated on the right of the helicopter, so I still have not seen the LV strip at night from the air (maybe someday). My wife was staring into the window reflection of a front passenger's tablet screen for about 2/3rds of the flight, so she didn't see much at all. The pilot was complaining about his work day and a mandatory meeting after this flight (nice to know he likes his job). Also, there was an unauthorized charge to my credit card on the receipt from the helicopter company. In summary, this was a complete waste of time and money, although every one was cordial.
