No problems collecting the City Pass from the airport. We had problems using the card on Christmas Eve as a lot of the places we went to visit shut earlier than their stated time, and on Christmas Day many of the Museums were shut. The Holland International cruise boat we went on was a waste of time as it was raining an all the surround glass was steamed up. They would not let us come back to do another cruise when it wasn't raining as the pass only allows one cruise. We did manage to get our moneys worth but I would recommended not buying the card to use during public holidays and do not take a cruise when its not raining!
