Driver was not on time for our pick up. The company needed to be called to find out where the driver was. If you are given a time by the company to br ready then they should be there.

Our tower dinner was great. But we were disappointed by the lack of communication by our driver who told us that we should take 9:45 cruise and she would pick us up at 11:00. We finished dinner at 8:15 and took on earlier cruise. We had to wait until 11 for the driver who was doing another tour.

This tour was excellent. Our driver was very knowledgable and informative. We saw so much and we were able to experience Versailles in a small group with extra perks.

If you have only one day in London take this tour. We saw everything! We took this tour on a Sunday and traffic in London is light. We were able to move about the city with ease. The highlight of the tour was our trip on the London Eye.
