We went early evening. The building was very iconic and the views were magnificent from the top with the city lit up. Well worth the visit. The sky ride was alright but nothing special I would be unlikely to recommend this element of the visit.

Magnificent. From the moment we arrived at the reception point everything was first class, especially with the group being small and the brilliant guide. As it was our first time visiting New York it gave us a great feel for the city and all the areas to visit later in our holiday. Every stop was memorable especially the visit to the Statue of Liberty. Whilst being very sad to visit the 9/11 memorial site the feeling that we had was that although the people who lost their lives there would never be forgotten a future was being built in front of us, and not losing sight of the tragedy that had happened there. I can only highly praise the guide for the manner in which he undertook his duties, especially at the 9/11 memorial, and his vast knowledge of the areas we visited. The lunch time break in Fulton Street Market was also excellent. Overall I would rate the tour 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.
