This was our second visit to Empire State Building on this visit we went on an evening around 10pm. We had checked weather and skys were clear, so we booked and went same day. The views were absolutely stunning

Great tour, we couldn't go on day that was booked due to bad weather, they rang to advise and re arrange. The views were amazing
