This tour is quite short. The tour guide was quite informative and had full control of the tour, at one time had to remind one rude woman to stop using her mobile phone whilst on the bus. Well done. Some people can be so inconsiderate.

This is a wonderful way to see the lights of the Bund in the evening and walk the mall. The tour guide a young female, was excelent, good knowledge and good english. Most helpful directing us to all our needs.

Out of the 5 transfers this tour of Europe, this one would have to be one of the worst. We were picked up in a 30 seater bus. This bus was so clamped out it was struggling to make the small hills in Istanbul. We were the only 2 on the bus which constituted a Private Transfer. The trip took one hour and ten minutes to reach our hotel. Unacceptable as the average transfer time is 30 minutes.
Also the driver could not speak a word of English.

This transfer stated that a Mercedes E Class would be provided for the transfer; however, a 7-seater VW made the transfer. You can imagine how disappointed we were, especially my wife. No apologies! The drive was pleasant and informative.
