Two part tour. Guided by knowledgable tour directors. The first part was app. 2 1/2 hrs., and visited several squares with excellent audio reception discussion of the history of the structures and monuments. The main work in the Accademia museum is Michaelangelo's statue of David. Remarkable piece of sculpture.
The afternoon tour was in the Uffizi, and was excellent. Knowledgable guide of the major works within the museum was excellent.
No negatives about the tour. Very positive experience.
Small group tour (10), that starts early in order to beat the crowds already in line at 7AM. We bypassed the non tour people and were in the Vatican in app. 15 min.
The tour director had very good english and utilized the audio headset units very well to guide us through the massive museum and grounds.
The tour was just as described in the internet ads, and I would highly recommend this tour to others.
Virtually, no complaints and very satisfied with the Dark Rome tour company, which our group was assigned.
