Our group of four really enjoyed this facility and our private airboat tour.  The exhibits were well kept and presented, the gift shop was very nice, and our airboat ride was excellent.  Our guide truly appreciated the Everglades and was very knowledgeable.  We learned a lot and enjoyed it!

We left maybe 20-30 minutes earlier than if we took a taxi and made it to the airport in plenty of time.

Perhaps it was the weather, but the windows in the back half of the trolley were fogged and it was basically impossible to see out. They sit people in the very back, but visibility is very poor to the left and right. Unfortunately the back window was fogged and dirty. We left at the first stop and walked back to the hotel by misty moonlight, actually very pleasant if quite cold.

This zoo is the best. I can't imagine anyone visiting San Diego for any length of time and not visiting it. Checking in with the vouchers was completely easy - thanks, Viator, for the reminders to print them! We used the aerial tram and the buses, which provided good overviews.

We had to travel from Belgrano to the microcenter to get picked up. Our guide was great. A delightful young woman took film of the entire trip and I'm glad we bought a copy of the DVD. The Tigre Delta is amazing, sit on the top level of the boat for the views, and dress warmly if it's cold. The DVD also had footage of the delta with a lower water level, which was very interesting to see. Definitely worth doing, and it was nice to have the bus / train / boat tour set up for us.
