We had 2 -half day tours. The am was with Antonio- she was excellent. She was easy to understand and gave us a very good info on the sites. In the second half, we had a guide- named? William (in English). He tried his best, but was difficult to understand, some people thought the trip had different things and that was a problem.
We were very dissatisfied with this service. We could not find the office, which was closed, and when we did we waited over an hour. someone from the airport made a call for us or I think we would still be waiting. Is there any consideration for this exceptionally poor service?
