Excellent!! The guide was friendly and took the time to explain things in detail.One of our party has a slight difficulty with steps and he made sure he was okay (in the Basilica there is quite a few large steps). Overall I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Did not know what to expect but we thorouhly enjoyed it (4 in our party). The musician and singer were both very good and would do it again if we return.

really disappointed with this tour. The guide could not be heard over the noise of the engine so we had no idea what we were about to do. After mentioning this she replied "sit nearer the front". As we were close to the front anyway sitting closer did not make any difference. We did ask others but they said they could not hear either. The guide seemed to prefer staying on the boat rather than show us around. Also we felt we could have done with more time at Murano as by the time we had seen the glass blowing and walked around the shop it was almost time to return to the boat. If we return we would rather visit Murano on our own.
