While the trip and itinerary were as advertized, the company giving the tours needs to organize the people into proper lines for entry onto the bus. People who had waited for 35 minutes and were second in line were not able to board because there was no organized queue. While it may be okay for younger people to push back into the masses to claim their seat, elderly people and people with children were out of luck. This disorganized chaotic entry ruined the day...
