Below average service every time a person hops onto the bus, his/her ticket almost all the time is scanned, and so much time is wasted in doing this. This company must start trusting the tourists - can scan the ticket at random if needed.
In addition, a lot of time was taken in issuing tickets to new tourists. As a result, it took longer waiting time for the next bus - up to more than 30 minutes. There's another company HOHO service, which seems to have more frequent trips, that I believe gives a better service in Barcelona city. Sometimes I saw several of its buses passed by, but the bus I waited for still hasn't come.
The ticket for 2 days is based on the dates not 48 hours. So, one is advised to start the trip early in the morning at 9am.
Very nice trip. We went to Maasmechelen Village at 10am and returned to Central Brussels at exactly 4pm - very punctual. The driver was nice with excellent driving skill.
Overall, very nice tour. I met the tour guide (first tour guide) at Granvia Hotel Osaka and later with a group of other tourists we took the JR train to Kyoto. At Kyoto, a coach was waiting for us, and we visited the Nijo Castle, a temple and Kyoto Imperial Palace. The whole trip was well-organized. The tour guide (second tour guide) at Kyoto explained everything clearly. Later at around 12:30pm, I was sent back to the hotel near Kyoto JR station, and the first tour guide took be back (by train) to Osaka. Thanks Viator!
Very enjoyable tour...highly recommended..beautiful scenery throughout the entire trip.
