Very impressed with the service - our plane was nearly 2 hours late and arrived after the time the desk we had to go to had closed. We thought we would have tp pay out all over again to get into the town. However, whilst walking through arrivals wondering what to do, we spotted our names on a sheet along with another couple's at the general information desk - arrangements had been made to still transport us even though we were very late arriving.
To Viator: a suggestion - it would be good to mention that you do this when there is a late arrival as we could have missed this piece of paper stuck to the side of the information desk. Just a suggestion, as it would remove the worry from other travellers that they might have lost their transfer through being so late and arriving after the 9pm closing time of the desk we had to report to.
