Madrid Segway Tour

Madrid, Spain

My Rating
4 star rating: Recommended

My Review

Overall, learning to ride and handle a segway was fun. We would certainly do it again. The tour guide explained it well and made sure that we stayed safe during the tour. He was very knowledgable about the city and its high points. Unfortunately for us, it started raining during our tour but we pushed on. The tour guide was prepared and provided us with ponchos. We even stopped off at the famous Chocolateria San Gines for a special treat. Madrid is not a city with a lot to see like Baracelona. But the guide made it fascinating with his extensive knowledge of Madrid/Spain culture and history.

Granada, Spain

My Rating
5 star rating: Highly Recommended

My Review

The Alhambra was absolutely fascinating. The tour company was very organized and had a group of several dozen people, separated by language for the tour. Our English tour guide was extremely knowledgable about the history of the Alhambra and provided us with information thorughout the 3-4 tour. His passionate dialouge, partnered with this well preserved historical site, served to provide a stimulating tour. The partner tour company provided timely pick up and drop off.

Seville Electric Bike Tour

Seville, Spain

My Rating
5 star rating: Highly Recommended

My Review

Riding and electric bike for this tour is one of the most fun things that I have done in a long time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Seville and Spain history and culture. He provided a variety of information including details about the 1929
Spain and Latin American fair, movies filmed at famous locations in Seville, local plants and trees, cathedrals, and so on. It was really fun riding through beautiful Seville on the electric bikes--the best of both worlds--the breeze in your face, but a small amount of exersion. Highly recommended.,
