The departure office was easy to locate. We left timely but unfortunately it was raining as we drove in the comfortable bus toward the Champagne region. We did arrive at Mumm on time and were on our way into the "caves' with a English speaking guide. The tour was interesting and informative. We were treated to one glass of champagne but had a choice between two. I would have liked to been able to contrast the two tastes but only one per customer and glasses were counted out. I recommend if in a group, share the two tastes. Back on the bus to Reims and a tour of the Cathedral-it was amazing. We were able to wander about, directed to the streets to get lunch and the sun came out. Lovely-then off to Moet Chandon. Lovely, sunny drive about an hour or so. Same type tour as Mumm but tasting was not as rushed. The entire tour experience was good and easy. I don't think we would have tried that trip using public transportation but could have if we had a car.
