Las Vegas, Nevada
Started off at Rick's Restorations. It would have been neat to see the guys working but the film crew closed everything down, so we got shuffled out of the way. I think a firm schedule to film is needed. Maybe they film things before noon only and then the afternoon tours can see actual work being done. All the windows were blocked in all rooms, so we saw nothing. Very dissapointing stop. For the Tanked set, the General shows up after 3, so we went to the restoration place first, got back on the freeway to go to Tanked, saw the General and got back on the freeway, in rush hour traffic to head to the Toy Shack on Fremont St and then via the strip to the Pawn Shop. I dont think this was worth the money or time. When you voice complaints, you then get reprimanded for getting in people's faces, and the reprimand comes from a guide that was not privy to the situation and went by a peer' side of the story. Unless Rick's Restoration changes the filming schedules so the tours can see things, not worth the money.
