To get to know small city of Milan, one should have this tour. It started from a very convenient location(near Castello Sforzesco fountain). Our English tour guide was Mirkhov. He was knowledgable and patient. He had very good info about opera(La Scala Theatre) also. While watching 'The Last Supper', he mentioned many details about it and answered many questions by visitors. After the tour ended, he also replied to general questions of people about where to go in night, restaurants etc.
One suggestion from my side would be that guide should accompany people inside the Duomo also(not sure if it is part of some other tour). In our case, guide narrated things about Duomo and its insides, but didn't accompany us inside. From the gate, he gave us 20 mins to pay visit insides and come back outside at a scheduled time.
Well, upon reaching the tour office, we saw the manager there and a customer fighting furiously over something(about which I've no details as it started before we reached there). I also saw 1 or 2 dissatisfied customers. But I think, the main reason behind this is that people don't read their itinerary properly and the main points clearly mentioned on it. Our English tour guide was 'Serena'. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Always tried to engage people in conversation. Encouraged people to ask questions. We lost a couple on the tour in the crowd(because they were slow as they had small kids) but found them after around 15 mins. And after that, till the very end of the tour, Serena took care of their whereabouts. :) Her description(s) of the Michael Angelo's painting(s) were very lively/emotional.
