Both Villa d'Este and Hadrian's Villa are interesting. However, the villa is the more interesting of the two, especially if one has toured other ruins (Ostia Antica, Carcalla Baths, etc.). It was very convenient to have the bus, guide and all logistics covered by the tour. Marta was a vert friendly, helpful guide. These two sites require walking, and the Villa d'Este gardens have a lot of steps. People should carefully consider if they will be comfortable with the physical exertions.
Gio was a very friendly, knowledgable guide. She provided an enjoyable walking tour. This tour is a nice addition to sight-seeing in Rome. Also, Ostia is very close to beaches for those who'd like to explore them after the Ostia tour.
