Most excellent tour! Can't praise more the tour company for working with such wonderful guides like Hugothe main tour guide and Carmenour Madrid guide, our bus driver Jesus, the local guides like Luis in Cordoba, Gloria in Seville, Triny in Granada and Angel in Toledo. And last but not least Mona and Sonia, the two ladies who kept us informed about the tour beforehand. Spotllesly organised from the start to the finish. We had a smaller group, and had plenty of time to visit different places as to have optional tours or rest. The hotels were excellent so as the food. Can't recommend it more.
That is one excellent trip. The first part of the tour is in the morning. For about an hour from Zurich you are in the heart of the mighty waters. Generally is a small place and not many things to do, but is well organized. You don't have time to walk around a lot. The guide from Viator tells you about the options on the bus. And even sells tickest for the boat ride to the Rock to be quicker, which is great. Our tour guide to the waterfall was a lady called Minu, wonderful guide and person. You will be lucky to you have her. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Once you are there it is worth it to go to the top of the rock, the feeling is AMAZING. There are some steep steps to consider but nothing too bad. You take your time because there are many people wanting to go to the top and not too much space. So, you climb slowly and carefully. You need comfortable, flat shoes for the ladies, and good camera. Worth visiting.
The second part of this trip is around Zurich. You arrive back to the bus terminal, switch buses and guides. It takes about 2 -3 hours. It takes you the most popular places in Zurich. It is ok if you have limited time in Zurich. But otherwise Zurich is a small city so the best way to see it is walking around on foot.
Wonderful trip, very well organized with a great tour guide. They came to pick us up from the hotel as all the other people from the group, around 9.00am. After, he headed to Ghent, where we had a stop and a big walk around this picturesque town, made some pictures and headed off to Bruges. There, we had an introductionary walk around the town, time for lunch and after, we did a beautiful trip on the small boat on the canals of Bruges. After the boat trip there was a time on our own to explore or just to rest (in our case) around the wonderful town square for about an hour. When the time was up, at around 5pm we headed back to Brussels with a little stop on the way to the bus into the chocolate shop :))) If you have to go on your own by train, bus or even with a car it is not going to be possible to see and to learn so many things for such a short time. We always use VIATOR when travel at least once and sometimes 2-3 times per trip. Speacial thanks to Viator team!!!!
