I really enjoyed this tour. I had limited time in Brussels, so the 1/2 day tour was perfect. Stephan was the tour guide and he was great. He really knew his facts about the city and spoke with such enthusiasm. My only minor gripe was that Stephan translated from English to both Spanish and German and sometimes it could take a bit long. He was trying to accommodate, which is understandable, but perhpas limiting to two languages would be more reasonable.
I was not a fan of this trour. While the tour guide was nice, I didn't feel she was that knowledgeable about the city and on multiple occassions she said "I'm not sure, or I don't remember what this is" when making references on the tour. Also, the diamond factory stop was a waste of time and was way too long. They give you a quick overview of diamonds, which I could learn online, and then they lock you in a room (literally) and try to sell you jewelry. This also made us late to the Anne Frank house, which I then had to skip because I had a train to catch. I plan on contacting Viator directly about this experience.
