Overall, my experience at the Fantasia Moroccan Dinner show was satisfactory. We were running late as our guide was early picking us up for dinner. The bus we were on was packed with about thirty people. Mostly Americans like ourselves. Age range was quite drastic. There were about five kids with their families who were on this tour. Having gone on many Viator tours/activities this was my first time seeing kids on "tour." The dinner was very bland and poorly serviced. It consisted of a wide range of traditional Moroccan dishes. Our guide was friendly and would refer to me as "California" being that I was the only person from California in his group. The show was entertaining, but feel short in many ways. It was just a nice way to spend an evening put it at that. If you have the time and looking for something to do in Marrakech at night I'd recommend this tour.
Beautiful drive thru the Atlas Mountains to get to Ouarzazate! Our driver/tour guide was great. He picked us up promptly at pick-up time and told us to take our time finishing breakfast as we were the only two people on tour that day. I felt bad for the guy, he drove us around for ten hours that day. Five up and five back and never once complained about the drive or his job. We were so impressed with our driver we hired him the next day for a Marrakech private city tour. We both tipped our guide $20 USD each which he was very happy to receive. The conditions going thru the Atlas Mountains were at times bad as it was mid-January. There was heavy snow in the morning, but cleared up going back to Marrakech late afternoon. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an adventure!
