A very moving experience, important for all of us to never forget the price of war and honor those that sacrificed. Bus ride was comfortable with sites explained along the way although difficult to see depending on which side of the bus you were on. Left seemed to be the right side :-).
Kind of like Polynesian Epcot center. You can even ride and paddle a Polynesian canoe. The island demonstrations were done very well (at times with humor) with very friendly native to the island people ready to answer questions. It is a long and can be hot day. The IMAX movie was a great way to relax and cool down. We did not enjoy the Luau as much due to seating and it was very hectic and food was only so, so. The HA show was fabulous and should not be missed.
This was the best tour we took on the island. Ask for Earnie he was a terrific tour guide full of interesting facts and humor and had great suggestions and helpful hints at each stop. Also recommend asking for the scenic van rather than the large bus. Much better viewing and can go more places. We stopped at so many beautiful spots for great pictures and had good food along the way. From barbecue at the Kualoa Ranch, macedamia at the outlet (buy your gifts here, they will ship) and ending with delicious pineapple sorbet at the Dole plant.
