Inverness, United Kingdom
The first part of the trip, mainly from Inverness and up to the Ferry at John O' Groats, was rather bad due to the fact that the guide read straight off a script he had in his lap.. Therefore, it was not very easy or interesting to listen to him. But the guide on the bus on Orkney Islands was very good. He had alot of knowledge and he showed alot of interest, which makes it more interesting to listen to.
As a last note, we didnt see a single animal on the way over to Orkney Islands during the ferry ride. Not on the way back either.
This review gets 4 stars only because of the guide at Orkney Islands. He was tremendous. Without him, this would have gotten 2 stars instead, maybe even 1 star.
Edinburgh, United Kingdom
The tour was a decent and cool ride throughout the Highlands, though we were hoping for and opportunity to be able to take a good strall up in the "mountains" of the highlands.
The guide was interesting and funny. He had alot of good stories to tell, and he even played us some music from Scotland which was combined into his stories, and so forth.
