San Francisco, California
Frankly, I'd like to say this wasn't really worth doing, but then it may be good for kids 5-9 years old. Duck drives around as a boat in a small enclosure between dry-docks if weather permits. BIG IF WEATHER PERMITS. Kids can drive. I hoped to see more SF landmarks. This could have been much better achieved through a bus tour. The only thing that seemed to be worthwhile to see on the Duck was Giants' baseball stadium, about which I did not much care.
Travel Pass was wonderful allowing the flexibility of both bus and metro travel: It comes with buspass to Toledo, so use it! Busses in Madrid are very easy to use; simply get on anyone that is going in the direction you wish to travel (for longer rides you may wish to consult the line stop charts at every station). The only issue I had was I could not pick the pass up at the airport because I arrive later than the office was open (it closes at 7:00 PM).
Fantastic way to begin your visit to Paris. Very helpful guide will point out all landmarks and comprehensively describe their meaning so that you gain a very sound reference about where and what everything is in the city.
