The guide spoke mostly in Italian and Spanish. Very little was said in English so we missed out on a lot of what was being said. We were taken to only 1 glass factory and many didn't realize there were several others as well as shops near by. Time on Murano could have been longer in order to see the other shops. The glass factory we went to did a quick demonstration and then it was on into the show room. It appeared there was a contractual agreement to stop at this particular shop. Based on a video seen on Viator website, we expected to see multiple artisan families that craft glass. Burano was beautiful. Would have loved to spend hours there with many restaurants and shops as well as cafes to just sit and relax. Torcello offered very little and could have been skipped unless you specifically wanted to go and see the churches. Has a pretty canal running through it. This tour would be good to get a quick taste of what these 3 islands offer and then return at a later time to explore and enjoy more.
