The Bus is very confortable, the guys from the local operator are great (the driver and the agency guide). When we reached the "museum" (Auschwitz concentration camp), there was an official guide for the 23 camps, she knows every single piece of the 2 camps and the histories of every block. Walking there is remembering the part of my family who died there and give thanks to God for the few that survived.
In general, we find guides that tells the story, we (I and my son) found a guide who feels and transmits the story...
A day to remember for the rest of my life.
