San Francisco, California
Tour guide was good at describing things as we drove along. Getting in to Alcatraz early was great, it missed the crowds we saw present when leaving. Tour indicated a lunch was included. Eating a boxed sandwich and very small bag of chips for lunch on the trolley while we drove is not considered a holiday lunch (very little suspension over rough roads it was hard to eat). As we had just toured Boudin bakery and the sandwiches were from there, why not a small reserved section for the tour members to eat inside. Not sure whether the breakdown of our trolley restricted our time here, but we felt a little rushed at this point. It was not a guided tour as you got to a location, were then told ok get out, look around and be back at a specified time. This happened a numerous locations throughout the tour.
