This was the worst part of our trip. We kept trying to call the Viator office to find out where the driver was to pick us up but the call kept disconnecting. It was cold and raining ...we finally were able to make connection and found out where the driver was.
We went and met him and he screamed and yelled at us for not being in the right location. We told him that we weren't sure where we were supposed to be since we couldn't make contact with anyone at the office. He was still waiting on 3 additional passengers so I'm not sure why he felt the need to yell at us.
We then all loaded in the van and he proceeded to scream at my friend and me again. Finally I told him that enough was enough and to STOP yelling at us.
I have never been treated so rudely in my LIFE !!!
Wow, what an experience ....
We called the night before to make arrangements. We asked for 12:30 pm pick up and they told us no but they could do a 1pm pick up so we agreed that would be fine.
The next day we sat and waited until 2pm but no one ever showed up. I left a note with the hotel staff that if anyone did show up looking for us that we could wait no longer or we could miss our flight. I do expect to be reimbursed for this since we were not picked up.
I would rate a 0 but I have to give it a one star since that is your lowest rating.
