The driver was unfortunately 30 minutes late in picking me up at my hotel - as it was, I now realize the pick up time scheduled was not enough time allowed re my flight leaving 90 minutes later. Due to inclement weather and traffic, the 30 minutes late pick up time meant I missed my flight and I had to be re-booked on a later flight - people picking me up were inconvenienced as I was unable to get ahold of them before they left for the airport. I sat in Baggage Claim for 1 1/2 hours before they could pick me up after driven all the way home because I didn't arrive on the scheduled flight. Not good.
