The two guides (one for the bus and one in Ronda) gave us lots of interesting information and were very entertaining! The day was well paced although I would have liked more time for shopping in Ronda. I would definitely recommend.
The day was slightly marred by the fact that unfortunately the coach driver had an accident on his way to work and so we had to wait two hours for anyone to come to the pick up point. The company gave us a free breakfast on the way to Granada to compensate! The late start was no-one's fault but we could not contact anyone to find out was happening either. The trip around the Alhambra was very good and the guide was informative but we missed out on time to walk around the Albaicin.
The whole day was very well organised with a perfect amount of time allowed for each activity - although if it had been cooler we could probably have coped with a longer tour around Mostar itself. The tour guide on the coach offered a constant stream of interesting facts about the surroundings and the area's historical background (both recent and ancient) during the journey. His command of both English and French was impressive. The Mostar tour leader was also very informative and battled bravely against the intense heat (39 degrees C on the day we visited). The visit to the old Turkish house was fascinating. A beautiful old town and we found the souvenir shops irresistible as well!
