We got to the pier early because its not well marked exactly where to go. We talked to the boat tour people and they said we were all set and would leave in thirty five minutes so we sat and waited. Then they told us we needed to go back to the desk and register (?). By the time we got up to the desk after the big line, they told us they were full and would have to go on the next boat half hour later. Ok, they could have " registered" us the first time but whatever. The thirty five minute wait became an hour but they said they'd make it up to us by extending the trip. The boat trip itself was cool. Drinks kept coming. Pizza was actually quite good. My one issue was in the hour and forty five minute cruise throughout the city, they only pointed out sights three times. I would have liked to hear more about this beautiful city.
Yes, I would recommend and would go again myself. Don't bother with Heineken. Just a very lame marketing ploy. The old building is quite nice, great architecture, nice to see the old draft horses in the stalls, but the rest was like one commercial for Heineken after another. Thumbs down on that.
