This tour is a fantastic whirlwind romp through three different towns/cities in three different countries. You visit the charming little village of Baga in Catalunia, then over the border to Mont-Louis, France to a medieval walled city, and then to Andorra la Vella, the capital of the tiny mountain top country of Andorra in the Pyrenees. While in Andorra, you are given the chance to spend time in either the mountains around a lake or down in the capital to eat/shop/etc. The guide (Fabian) actually made it possible for us to spend about equal time in both, which was very nice. This tour is 12 hours round trip, and obviously there is a lot of ground to cover in a short period of time. There isn't always a long time to spend in the towns, but then again, they are small and you do get some time to walk around on your own and take pics. Our tour had 5 travelers total, so it was a nice intimate group. I can't say enough about Fabian, the guide. He is very informative, very friendly, very attentive, and just could not have done a better job. He really makes the trip fun and informative. Without him, it might have been a far less rewarding trip. I highly recommend this excursion. It is a chance to see some places that are a bit off the traditional tourist map, and though at high speed, is a very nice and enjoyable tour.
