Worked exactly as advertised. We arrived at the Uffizi at about 8:45 am and there was already a very long line for tickets. We bypassed that line and, as scheduled, right at 9:00 am, our Viator representative checked our vouchers, provided the tickets, and we went directly into the museum. It was nice to be in the gallery early because it seemed less crowded. We did not do the guided tour but wished afterwards that we had used the audio guides or bought a book because there is not much information about the paintings provided inside the gallery itself. The works of art and even the buliding itself are amazing and well worth several hours. Coffee on the terrace is nice but expensive, and perhaps justified by the views and a chance to rest during a visit to the musuem.
