Did all 3 tours in the day. Good to be sitting as the weather was really hot. Did spend a lot of time sitting in traffic and not going anywhere. Also felt that the audio guide was a bit basic and could have told us a lot more about what we were passing. Most annoying thing was the very limited music renditions on all three tours. Exactly the same 4 or 5 songs that became extremely annoying as the day wore on. Cheaper to buy this tour than in Milan as it was 20 Euros there.
No one had done this before. Booked for 6 family members so had a private tour. Aron the guide was really careful with us and made sure we were all confident before setting off. Spent 3 hours on the segways in and around Milan. Went into park first so gave us chance to be safe and sure before going onto the streets. Would have preferred a guided tour rather than using the audio guide but it was fine. The grown up kids said it was the best part of the holiday and couldn't wait to do it again. There is an excellent coffee bar on the same street as the start of the tour so great for breakfast. We were there at 9.40 and the Segways were ready to go.
Difficult to find the office - on the first 'half 'floor in the central station! Didn't use the card on Day 1 as walked everywhere or went on Red Bus tour. Was handy as days went on for getting round city. Got money off Duomo tickets but 'free' visits weren't always free so need to check. Did get discounts though and also we went to suggested places we wouldn't otherwise have visited. Good for piece of mind about travelling and allowed us to get down to the canals and back.
