The tour takes you to the highlights of the city. Make sure to allow enough time to see everything because there are three routes you can take. We started at 1pm and because the tours end between 5-6pm, we were unable to see everything. The only thing that I would recommend the company talk to their drivers about better customer services. The majority of the drivers we encountered were rude. When we initially got on the bus, the girl taking our tickets seemed to be annoyed that we interrupted her eating. I'm sorry, but that wasn't really the time to be eating your lunch.
It was a great tour and saw a lot of beautiful things, including The Last Supper. The guide spoke perfect English and Spanish, with the minor exception of pronunciating the word, "Ballet". The "t" is silent. The one thing that I would recommend the tour change or add is allowing 30-45 minutes to visit the Duomo. We made a stop there and were able to take pictures, but there was really no time to go inside. My friend who had already visited the Duomo explained to me all the beautiful things inside, and I was really disappointed not to have spent more time there. The guide told us we could come back later in the day and visit, but the problem was that we needed to be on a train back to Zurich after the tour ended. The Duomo is definitely a sight to see and more time should be allowed to visit it.
